BOOTH VENDING AT DANTES 

NIGHT ONE: Thursday OCTOBER 3, 2019 at Dantes *only two spots available

NIGHT TWO: Friday OCTOBER 4, 2019 at Dantes  *only two spots available

NIGHT THREE: Saturday OCTOBER 5, 2019 at High Water Mark  *only two spots available

 

Cost: $60 for one night, $120 for two nights,  $180 for all three nights. 

*price includes one social media post on the FB event page in the weeks leading up to the show.

Load in time:  7 pm until 8 PM (doors open shortly thereafter)

Vending hours: Doors open at 8 PM (ish) 

Show begins at 9pm and ends at midnight (estimated end time) with a 20 minute intermission

Load out time: show end until the bar closes at 2am.

Parking/Entry:

AT DANTES: There are pay-to-park parallel spots located directly in front of Dante’s on East Burnside. There is also pay-to-park street parking in the area, as well as a pay-to-park lot directly adjacent to Dantes.

AT HIGH WATER MARK: Parallel parking on the side streets (residential) in this area is free.

You may bring one helper.

This vending opportunity is limited to TWO vendors total for each night.  Secure your spot today!

AT DANTES: This area is just off the main showroom and is only a few feet away from the main bar.

Your booth is visible from the showroom.

You are required to bring your own table, which can be up to six feet long, like a standard folding table.

Chairs will be provided. We recommend that you bring lighting for your vendor table, since the light in the bar is dim. If your lighting requires electricity, please bring an extension cord and power strip.

AT HIGH WATER MARK: This area is in the back of the main venue room and is only a few feet away from the main bar.

You are required to bring your own table, which can be up to six feet long, like a standard folding table.

Chairs can be provided but we highly recommend bringing your own chair.  We recommend that you bring lighting for your vendor table, since the light in the bar is dim. If your lighting requires electricity, please bring an extension cord and power strip.
